Summary: The open windows of an application should spread out over the screen if you type F10 to activate Exposé. However, if multiple windows of the same height are aligned vertically, the windows do not spread out over the screen when Exposé is activated. Instead, they form a horizontal line across the screen. Steps to Reproduce: (1) Launch Safari. (2) Open 6 Safari windows. (3) Make sure all 6 windows are of the same height (this should happen by default). (4) Make sure that the top of all 6 windows are against the menu bar (this should happen by default if the original window spans from the menu bar to the dock). (5) Type F10 to activate Exposé for Safari. Expected Results: The windows should move horizontally and vertically, spreading out across the screen. Actual results: None of the windows move vertically. They form a blurred line horizontally across the screen. Regression: This bug occurs in all versions of Mac OS X 10.4. It also occurs in Mac OS X 10.3.9. It is not necessary that the top of the windows touch the menu bar, but that's the easiest way to align them vertically to reproduce this bug. Also, the windows must all be the same height: if you change the height of one of the windows, then the bug will not occur.
